Therapeutic Yoga and coaching for work-life balance

As a certified coach, yoga instructor, mother of two, entrepreneur and veteran job sharer, Michelle can help you tap into your inner wisdom on this topic. Through these programs, discover yourself, set goals, identify your passions, gain insights into your personality, and create a personal strategic plan. There are three program models to choose from:
1. Work-Life Balance Coaching + Yoga: This in-person program, which takes place in my home studio in Falls Church or nearby, is nine classes, where each class focuses on a particular theme and chakra (yogic energy center) chosen to help you move toward your goals. Combining the physical movement of the body, breath-work and meditation with intellectual goal-setting has been proven to lead to better results.
These regular 1-hour, 15-minute classes will include a warmup, inner work, yoga postures, and a relaxing meditation. During each class, Michelle will work to help you define your priorities and progress at that particular point in the program. By the end of the program, you’ll have a completed workbook as a keepsake and have built up to a therapeutic yoga practice which you can take with you. Your final gift will be a custom meditation script – a high-quality audio file with relaxing music recorded especially for you – to listen to at the end of each yoga practice. 2. Work-Life Balance Coaching (in-person or phone): This program includes nine 45-minute phone sessions and follows a self-discovery model where you identify your strengths and passions, where you want to go and how to get there. This program includes not only a focus on professional and creative achievement, but often also includes personal topics that the coachee finds helpful. [Rate: $55/class, or $50/class if you book the series of 9 sessions at once. Interest form ]
3. Work-Life Wellness Workbook: An adapted version of this program is also available in a self-study, digital format that you can purchase. [Cost: $12/digital download. Interest form ]
